Description

I really am just a big kid when it comes to tanks, despite the fact they`re used to kill people i still think they`re great. It took an afternoon to model and around a day to texture. I know some folk will not like the sharpened render but um...tough. + i realise the aerial and other stuff on there would actually stop the turret rotating fully but it was like that on my reference photos too. comments welcome...

given a week, i might be able to make and maybe texture the treads. give me a month and i might have an untextured stripped-down version of this. 1.5 days for this is pretty amazing.

Dear God, this is great! I was seeking a model of a tiger tank a year ago, as this is the type of tank that my father described being driven by the Nazis who captured and interrogated him!

WOW! Beautiful job on many levels. Not the most graceful of tanks, actually, just a brute of power but probably my favorite!

I love tanks too and this is a beauty. Awesome job. Also the speed you modeled and textured this is faster than we pay people at work. You should think about freelance art.

Mate, you've done it again! You should really think about producing your own CD or DVD tutorials and selling them. The speed at which you work and the quality of your results are astounding!!

Awesome image... I thik that the placement of the aerial implies that it is a command tank with the improved comm equipment.
