Description

Photo catch by Giancarlo in Spring 1982 in Emilia Romagna - Italy. Giancarlo liked so much this photograph, but not only for the herd of sheep... but rather for the strange horse-gear which they form behind this small church in full shift. Giancarlo was believing in God, but with his manner, for him the temple of God is always be Nature, and not the churches. And he often said to me that this photograph represented well the caricature of many people whom one finds in the church on Sunday... which goes to the mass, but never apply daily, in their acts and their choices, the divine values... That's great with the caricature of people who go to church. I just discussed this theme with someone yesterday, when I said "Shame on me, but I don't go to church" But I certainly act more like a christ than some of those folks who only go to church because their neighbours do ! But well back to this photo: It reminds me alot on Italy and I like how the sheeps walk one after the other. Thanks for sharing it :-)
