Description

Composition Study #3 ~ Placement and Lighting. I got up at sunrise (YES!) for this shot to get the light on the sides of the trees. The old field cutter sits rusting, so I tucked it in the lower corner (rule of thirds...I hope). Wish I could say I went back to bed after this...but the coffee was ready. My kids were glad I didn't use them for THIS photo...lol. Thanks for your support! :0)

I love rustic old machinery and buildings, they have such character. The colours and lighting are great! Well done. You'll have to get up this early more often :-))

LOL, i bet your kids were thrilled to get some time off from posing for you. This is a very beautiful photo. It reminds me of how the autumn looks here in Sweden, and that is by far my favorite time of year. Thanks for giving me a preview of what to come in a couple of months. Have a great day #:O)

Up at sunrise to take a pic... boy are we hooked. Fortunately for us it was worth it. The composition is great, love the shadows on the trees... an all around great shot.
