Description

Yet another quest to find the perfect place to chill and hang out. All the waves and shorebreak are meshes made in Amapi. There is also a split mesh for wet sand and dry sand. Foamy water is done with transparencies. Although it needs some, there was no postwork done on this image. Just wanted to see if I could make an ocean surf scene without post tricks. Still working to make this set available in the store.

This package is looking very good! You've got my interest. Nice render too, love the stilt shack, but where are the bikini babes and the surfer dudes? I'll be watching for product's store release.

The entire scene is amazing, I can almost feel the breeze, only thing is that chair somehow I think doesn't match the scene, maybe a more woody chair, looks like the back of is is made of metal or glass, other than that excellent.

Cool one Dave! I heard a bit of trivia on Jeopardy... I believe it was Andrew Wyeth that said... "... more than 2 waves in a picture is overkill"... what does he know anyway.. :O)

Really enjoying your experimentations. Nothing like a place to chill....unfortunately, the sharkes have chosen to chill at our beaches...(=

Brilliant stuff...the waves are killer...something I am in the middle of trying to do at the moment. I'm not sure whether to be inspired by this or further daunted! Really nice work.
