Description

Vue 5 Infinite / ultra / global illumination I ran this render on my previous Vue 4 scene (2004), so I could test Vue5i, whilst I read the manual. The lighting has changed. Instead of 27 lights, there is now one. Then, I made a few texture changes. Lastly, I framed it for wallpaper. My previous image, Population Four (in my gallery) has the credits. I am very pleased with Vue5i.

Lighting looks great. I think Infinite must calculate the light better than older Vue versions.

Nice -- like something out of a fairy tale -- but with a sinister twist of that skull. Nicely done.

Great attention to detail. The lighting is nice and warm. I like the look of the worn paths. Nicely blended! Overall a pleasure to view. :)

This reminds me of when I was a kid and made little villages out of stones, pinecones, acorns, etc. Of course they weren't ever as detailed as this one! Love the little gremlins, the buildings and the composition. the ground texture with the paths is very well done! One wonders just how adorable your gremlins are with that skull lying there. wonderful job! v

The scene appears to have more clarity with this lighting even though you are using only the one light. The textures are more distinct. Gorgeous pic! V (:
