Beautiful image, I really like what you did with the face! On the other hand, the cloth is very unrealistic with those straight lines and the stretching texture ... For a portrait you can leave her topless if you cannot manage what you really want to do with the clothes. I hope you do not mind the suggestion, I always have the same problems with close-ups myself :)

The only thing what tells u thats its a digital picture is the close. But the rest it looks like this person is real

Terrific render Franz, although I agree with Gwynhale on the cloth. Maybe the P4 renderer doesn't have smooth polygons like fireFly which would fix the problem? I love the shininess around her eyes.
