Dear Stuart, it looks really cool! And I can see you are having a lot of fun with it!! Just remember that most lens (macro aside) are going to have a pretty wide focal range. If the foreground vegetation is out of focus, then the distant mountains usually would be in focus - and vice versa. Just a very minor point. What you might try is a little waviness to the mountains so that the heat disturbing the atmosphere is the source of the fuzziness. There are so many fun things to be done. It's going to be interesting to watch you take it all for a test drive!!! Excellent work!!! Love, Meredith

Super POV and surface, perfect atmo, light and mood!

I think the blur is just right. If you focus on the cliff drop, the background will be out of focus just like that. On the whole, I think this image works really great, plus it is quite unique! Great work!

I like the colours and lighting used in this one. I have to agree with MeredithWilson about the bluring. Other than that, this is an excellent image and very original. Well done and keep up the good work:)

thank you everyone, I would have concidered changing focus maibie but the mountain range is only a alpha plane so the blur is a cover for it's poor quality :)
