Description

This is the result of an head modelling and texturing exercise in C4D. I didn't have many problems until I came to the hair, now I don't know how to make a good/realistic texture for the hair. Any methods? Thanks for your help and comments. Hope you like it.

Stunning modelling! The skin-textures are great. You can do the hair with an C4D-plugin (called Hair-Department I think) and you can use alpha-textures for the hair. Take a look at the FreeStuff, there you can locate some trans-maps for hairs, but I think you must do your own texture for this and drop it in the alpha-channel. I hope this helps a bit. ThanX for posting! ~{o;)
