Description

I must enjoy these natural wonders over yonder b4 they savages demolish everything in the name of progress and cash..numerous acres of beautiful forests close by here are soon to be demolishion thanks be to the City of Lacey's agreement to permit housing developers to mutilate acres upon acres of beautiful magical woodlands right behind where I live here so they can build for what?....overpriced yuppy adobes and crack houses? Sometimes it seems to me..."they"(whoever the hell they is) never know when to quite...what about this nest? When is enough enough I say!?!? A family of flying creatures live here...living in peace and happily doing their bird thang whilst contributing to the balance of the whole thing...like helping control worm populations, and providing bird images for photographers to photograph! What kind of nest is this I wonder? Eagles nest? IF anyone knowws...I would really appreciate the info. I will contact the appropriate developer/authorities in attempt to halt this masacre of beautiful forests....like i have a chance in hell. But hey...one never knows. If it is a Bald EAgles nest I think there's a protection law in effect and could be enough to halt any further desecration of trees, grass, nests, and frog habitats. Most residents around here are pissed...the develepors don't give a flyying f-k....they just have visions of dollar signs...I don't know...I just don't understand...So..sorry to babble...What I meant to say is this......"This is a nest I photographed up the street." It must be the Beethoven I am listening too right now..Triple Concerto for Violin, Cello & Piano in C, Op. 56....(whatever that means...cool stuff though..figured I'd try and culture myself a bit...) Please excuse my rambling...I get this way on ocassion.... Thanks for looking, -Peace :-)

it's looks huge... could very well be an eagle's but hard to tell the scale... might be a good idea to notify the appropriate dept to see & halt destruction in this area

Well, i certainly understand why you're upset, Jeff!!! we just keep destroying more and more of our land, our Earth and one day...well, there just won't be much of anything left! This is a subject i go off on...i get really mad about stuff like this too!!! perhaps you and your neighbors could go to the city council and/or sign a petition to halt the destruction??? it's a gorgeous picture and huge nest!!! i hope they don't lose their home!!!

I hope everything works out O.K., but I'm afraid that in our so-called civilized world it will one day all be paved over with concrete. Great pic though, good detail.
