Description
There has been a lot od debate lately regarding the new TOS here at Renderosity, and I feel that both sides are viewing each other in a very negative way! So this is my statement as to how both sides see each other... My opinion has been stated before, and remains the same!
I hope that the fine artists who have departed will return soon!
I apologize to everyone who commented for my last post. I have been so busy moving and with a new job that I haven't been able to thank anyone personally so this is my thanks to you all:

I just want to comment myself that the male character represents the TOS editors and the female character represents the artists, (no special reason for the gender selections)! And there is one little item in this image that I included with a bit of sarcasm, that possibly someone will notice! Thanks, Rob

Dear Rob, Your WORK is all the thanks we need! Your friendship is the wonderful icing on that cake! Moving is tough and so is a new job! I hope everything works out well for you! I agree with you completely on the TOS stuff. I'm jsut sorry that there has been so many hard reactions of both sides of the fence. I've had people that have left, too, and I hope they will reconsider and rejoin us all in the near future. That is the real tragedy of this - the only people that realyl get hurt by their departure is the freinds that miss them. Very excellent work - and a very powerful and well needed message!!!!
