Description

this is a combination of a Spangfract and a Fraxplorer - playing with layers again thought this one showed fresh colours gradually emerging from a rather darker, duller background, like the bulb plants peaking through the leaf litter on the ground thanks for viewing and comments thanks for comments on Spring Sleet - today the sun has banished all evidence of the storm

I really love this. I like the textures, shapes and lively colors very much. Excellent work! When I saw the thumb, my first reaction was like looking a a beautiful silk scarf. Then I saw the wonderful textures on the actual image. Now, I'm curious to see what the image would look like with a silky smooth texture applied to it. It would be an interesting contrast.

I can see all of those beautiful bulbs lying dormant beneath the earth...just waiting....Looks like the sun has already reached some of them. Lovely.

Very nice colors, texture, and lighting. The texture reminds me of a type of cloth but I can't pull the name out of my mind.
