Description

This is a more finished version of the "Island Resort" image I recently deleted. I hope this version is more acceptable. If anyone has any comments or suggestions for improvements, please let me know. For instance, I'm not sure about the lighting... but I'm not sure what to do about it, or how. Fran

Looks fine I woudl do a bevel on the steps and the pillar there to get them a bit less hard edged and more like real cement or stone.

Of course its acceptable! The lighting is fine but the image is too big to view in its entirity! The part that fills my screen is the lass contemplating the industrious ant. This is a good study in itself without the tree and fence.

Fran, this is a nice image with good composition. The girl contemplating the ant focuses attention and draws the viewer to the image. The lighting is also good. Thumbs up on this one.

I agree with Jedswindells beyond acceptable... I only wish you had not deleted the other version as I think it is good to go back and see how much you've grown as an artist and to allow others to do so as well. Your conceptual design was pland and executed well with this piece. I love the dreamy expression on her face and was wondering did you use P4 or 5 to create that figure. If you used 6 did you make changes in the face room? There is something strangly different from most of the faces you see in when looking at poser figures in this piece. I like what I see and was just wondering about the creative processed used here. Excellent work of art
