Your image needs too much work to be realistic... Add shadows, make edges more soft, add some glossiness to your wood add some reflection. Don't take this the wrong way my friend. I want you to make contructive comments for my work too, (i'm a newbie in 3D Studio). Keep up the good work and you will reach perfection!!!

This CANNOT be classed as realism. BUT, the pose is good. Do everything Aravositos said, and more. I'm a newbie too, and I don't wanna hurt your feelings, but this just doesn't cut it.... yet. Give it some more work, and im sure itll look good.
