Description
Another picture of Red Square - on the right is the GUM - the best known department store in Russia. According to the press, commercial rents for luxury stores inside this building are now the highest in the world.
Second last of my series taken in Moscow exactly 20 years ago.

Wonderful illustration; it's my understanding that Moscow is now getting right up there with other major world cities regarding expense for tourists; hotels and so forth.. Super composition! P.S. Thanks for the filter tips :-)

A Superb capture - Russian squares always make a statement. Rents maybe expensive but always take a wad of one dollar bills with you because it is all they will take in a lot of places now.

What an amazing space, so little traffic & relatively few visitors! The only car looks like a Mk1 Ford Escort, but I can't believe that's possible... a Lada I presume! I'm sad there is only 1 more picture left....
