I love the conept of this picture, and it portrays what you're trying to say very well. The only thing that bothers me a little is that despite efforts at shadows, the ironwork doesn't appear to be properly in front of the girl. It's an excellent attempt though.

Excellent image! I feel, however, even though I know that the girl is the center of focus, the wall in front of her is too blury! Maybe you could only blur the outer edges of it, and leave the bars and the center of the wall in focus along with the girl! I feel there is a clashing between the details of the frontal wall, the girls jumper and the back wall! Other than that, youve done an excellent job!
