Description

For some reason I just really like this scene. I'm not sure why, but maybe it is the Mediterranean look of the patio. I could picture this on some Greek island, not in its central Florida location. I thought the color version was decent, but wanted to see what an antiquing effect would do for the image. When I got done with the postwork, I couldn't decide which I liked better, so I decided to post them both. I'd like to dedicate today's image to diomedes66. Paul is an inspiration to many of us with his humor and wisdom, and I love his "old-timey" photos. This one (the bottom) is for you Paul. Have a great weekend everyone. wow! simply dreamy! wonderful scene and the first one is fresh and alive because of the playing light and shade of the leafs! with the textured effect you worked a special mood into the scene! both are beautiful! ;o)

I think I prefer the colour version, I always like the contrast of nice blue sky with white buildings - particularly if I'm in the Med somewhere 8) ... although Florida will do nicely!
