I'm not sure it's bubbling Niu... I think it has those little dangly leggy bits (technical term insert here __)and they are poking out.

Dito Niu...the first time I would like a fried jellyfish....one almost kill me was a dangerous one....fortunately I survive and can admire this poor little thing...beautiful shot :-)
