Description

Thanks for viewing !! :o) -- This must be my most expensive shot ever LOL I got caught while taking a pic of these flowers, apparently i wasnt allowed to go there. It was private property or something *sigh*, although there wasnt any sign that said i couldnt go in there. The fine was 30 euro's, not THAT much but i still think it sucks bigtime !! Anyways, the flowers are Wood Anemones (Anemone nemorosa). Hope you like :o) Thanks to Vraxor for coming up with the title ! :o) - Thanks for all your wonderful comments on my last upload, "Cute Froggy" !! -- Many thanks, Jeroen

I think that was well worth 30 euros. Anyway laugh at your misfortune and think what a talking point you will have forever. Really nice shot. We have these lovely flowers especially in the churchyards.

Now........ that sure was a costly shot , I admit but worth it too........... and it sux when they prohibit photography even in stupid places. A couple days back even I was forbidden from taking a picture inside the hospital premisss..... at that time I was chasing a bumble bee... so when I was stoped from using the camera.... I was prompt in telling the security guy that i did have the permission to shoot the bee........go ask the bee....it has no objection......... why do you?? He thought I was nuts and emphasised that the use of camera was not permitted inside the hospital premises. Anyway as he kept arguing I had clicked 3 or 4 shots and the bumble wasn't co operating either. I was loosing my cool too.... so I turned back and asked him.......... ok mate listen........since you know the rule and u see the cam in my hand you are bugging, what about if I do something that you can't trace?? and he says.... well, you can't dodge me mister..........and i say...... oh well, i just did, I farted just now and you had no clue who did it........ if you wana make sure who did it you got to sniff my A***......... ok ok........ I stop now.;)

Great detail, and it's so hard to capture this little flower in their "simple" beauty. Congrats, you managed what I could not.

30 euro's eh? Figuring out how much that would be in Canadian dollars lol. If there were no private property signs posted, I would'nt be paying that fine. Beautiful picture all the same.

well I have a different stand on privacy here lol I am sure I am sure I won'y be popular but if a guard or anyone comes up to you and say's this you should leave .sounds like you handle it well camera's for a lot of reasons are not aloud and they really don't have to put signs up on private properties sorry you had to learn this the hard way but because its a lovely photo and you got caught up in the moment I am sure at least you didn't end up in jail like a friend of mine visitng she was next to the freeway pulling flowers out lol it didn't occur to her that is city property well the cop didn't arrest her for only that reasonis she mouthed off at him and you should never do that its rude and not intellgent at all: love your photo vote

Do you mean we have to pay fines when we enter in "private" properties, now, in Europe? My God, we really need to change something, someday... This shot is fantastic.

Sad that you get fined just for taking a picture...private property or not. Just a couple of days ago the same thing happened to me (no signs), fortunately I did not get fined. Beautiful flowers!
