My first render with my new purchase, DM's Garden Colection and Sarina's Patio. Balcony prop is from the Garden Colection and figure is Sarina. Rendered in V5I. Thanks for looking!!! Jim

Pretty good atmosphere, you could add a little color and/or some object to creatte a little contrast, though. The overall simetry is your strong point, as I can see also in your previous works
