As far as the planet goes, you did well there. The TG portion probably could use some color variance to make it more interesting. But the few the stars around the planet's edge - well, don't slap your forehead too hard...

Super job!! The sky could be darkened and use some more contrast to bring out the details and feel of space but, still an excellent attempt...cool image!!
