Description
This is a KI-61 Tony. Was a excellent plane and performed well and was probably the best in the theater for a while then the jugs came. Her eit is beign chased by my P-47. Both models are by myself. Modeled in Wings and Rendered in Bryce.

For those who want to know. I put over 600 palm trees in this scene and volumtric mist. Polygon count for the scene is close to 3 million. Bryce does not have ecosystems so those trees were planeted the old fasioned way.

Great modeling, as always Dann-O. Why wasnt my plastic models of planes ever near this quality(maybe because the glue never sticked to what it was supposed to stick to)?

Great model, alo a great plane. One of my favorites on the Japanese side. Can you post it at another angle Dann-O?

Cool plane model... Any chance you'll do the wierd Japanese planes that rarely saw use in the war? (Shinden, the Baka bomb?, and the Japanese modified versions of the 262 and the rocket plane.)

Great model, that Mapping was worth the trouble, fantastic. That many trees & mist without the Enviro would make most chugalug.

Nice model Dann-O, yep, high density modeling does take its toll on the old toaster!
