Dear Irene, I'm playing catch up - again! The water, reflections, sky, and moon are really incredible! Vue does such nice things like that and you can run the daylights out of that program! I don't know whether it the hair, or hair and face, but your gal reminds me of Princess Diana. Maybe even some of it is the expression and bent neck!
