Actually you are correct, it is based on the emotion I was feeling the other day whilst telling off my 16 year old for yet another 'no bicycle helmet' fine...lol I will go broke ;)

I love the heart in the hand. We need to take our children hearts in our hands for we love them to much and want to keep them well and safe no matter what age.I to have a 16 year old boy and 14 year old daughter.
