Needs some work with the light, to create some nice shadows and give it a more realistic feeling. You might also work abit in the matlab to give it a more real look. Otherwise a nice piece of work.

Aye, you need to turn on the shadows of your spotlight. Also, the foremost flower looks too vivid and angry, perhaps rotate it a bit so it flows with the scene? Mostly, just work on lighting... Also, try placing a photo of something behind the camera. The vases will pick up more reflections from it, and add greatly to the realism (HDR-style).
