From last year .. but they are in bud now ... can't wait to see the profusion of blooms so this instead ... A3, coloured pencils ... Many thanks for your comments ... I really appreciate them ... critique is welcome as usual!

Lovely! Mine died, they did not like it in my back garden....But I have a purple ( very dark) one now that really shows promise:-)

Sally- another gallery! So gad I found it, you have it perfectly - the old wood and the new and right down to the little sapels. These are hardy little flowers, a beautiful sight and a beautiful foretaste for us.
