Description

i created this landscape again with only one standard terrain(3000x3000). for the Ecosystem i made a copy of the landscape terrain, rubbed out the mountains and made then the Ecosystem from three different trees. if i would not make that, i would have trees on the high mountains. if someone knows a more elegant technology, please tell it to me! a second Ecosystem i took for the birds. the fog above the trees is made with a sphere and a volume fog material. rendertime(Ultra Mode/AMD2000+) 11 hours 37 minutes. thank you for the look and comments. using: Vue5I & Poser

Wowo, fantastic scene!! Those ecosystems seem to work very well, don't know ecosystems, but can't you mix two ecos in one terrain and distribute them by height? Well, excellent image!

Beautiful landscape again! The atmosphere is outstanding! Don't know about Vue5I ecosystems but I would have expected that you could distribute them by hight and slope too (in POV-Ray you can). Got to vote now!

BEAUTIFUL, just beautiful. Indeed, i think you can mix Ecosystem materials with others - to get the effect you want. But isnt it much more inportant to find a way - wether it is elegant or not. The result is what counts. And this here is excellent.
