Description

Here is a picture in one of the old shops at Colonial Williamburg Va. Lets see if anyone here knows just what the wood block thing with the string on it is. :) I will tell you later what it is. EDIT: OK so you all know what that is I was talking about it is a mouse trap or I should say smasher. You lift it up and hook the piece of wood at the end of the string to the part you see coming out the side there. Once the mouse goes in and get to the center and hits that one part the place where it was hooked will reless and that block comes down. A man showed it to me after I asked what it was and it came down very hard. Had to have some metal inside of it the wau it came down so hard and fast because it was a big loud bang.
