I haven't done anything in Apo in quite a while. This is the result. I sortof made this to go with a poem I wrote, although I'm not much of a poet. Hope you enjoy! :D Drowning Deeper Once I thought it would last Nothing would ever end it But time has a way of changing things It seemed nothing ever could The warmth of love embraced me My heart will never forget Though the bond fades more each moment I try to hold on to the past Your light was so bright and loving You have changed me forever But the light seems so far away now I can no longer feel it's touch Each moment that we captured I remember Words, feelings, promises that burned Deep within my soul and heart, and it seems Things between us should be much sweeter As I float in this ocean of thought Silence, distance, and lost time These became the gifts you give to me I feel the cut of loss so deep Falling inch by inch below the surface I can barely see the light above And with thoughts of the past and things lost The bitterness and tears wash over me What I feel for you will remain forever Though the dreams are all but gone I feel so cold and yet here I am still reaching For the light you once gave so freely Drowning deeper in the darkness
