Description
This is a derivative study I wanted to share. Working away from realism for a while and just going wherever color and light take me. Thank you for your kind words they are very meaningful.

by the way, this was no doubt inspired by Kenwas piece "Serendipity", I don't think I realized it at the time I was making it, but now I am sure it is so.

Beautiful scene, very nice mood. Since you mentioned it i think this image has a similar feeling to Kenwas "Serendipity", however this stands as a great work on its own!

Thank you, I wanted to mention his work but I did not realize my inspiration until I saw his again in the Hot 20 and saw the connection. His is better, especially being an ocean scene - I find the water's edge is something I am not yet ready to take on.
