my last couple of posts have had a bit of a ww2 theme, so, sticking to topic, heres my latest.
the model itself is pretty much done (took most of my weekend making this thing!). as for textures im taking my time & making sure they look as good as possible.
as the image title says, its a VW kubelwagen type 82 from ww2 (kind of the german equivalent of the willys jeep) + it pretty much just a military version of the vw beetle.
-around 300`000 polys before rendering & double that after nurbs tesselation (hub caps and a few wires are nurbs surfaces, everything else is polys).
