Description
As you may have guessed from the title this is part of the Tarot series. Due to the memory limitations of my beast, I had to do this in two parts (background, and figure) then combine them in Photoshop Pro 9 (trial version). So, I decided as long as I was in PSP to play with it more to get it closer to what I wanted in the first place.
