Description


Here's the final rendering of the shay I posted about a month ago. In case you are wondering (I have been asked before) this engine really did exist, there were about 2000 of them from 1880 to the 1930's. Train, bridge, and logs all modeled in wings 3D, the background is 2 photographs, materials and rendering done in Vue. Hope you like it!

Very nice modelling, and impressive mountain. But I think this is too bright and lacks contrast, maybe too much ambiant light, or in need of post pro.
