Description

This is obviously a photograph of a painting. My father painted this in May of 1989. It was one of many themes that he did. I will post more of his work at later times. I hope you enjoy this tiger as much as we do! Thank you all for looking. And thank you all for your kind comments. Christine

your Father was a wonderful painted and this tiger looks so beautiful what a wonderful treasured work to proudly have hangin on the wall ...my Dad did this water color of ships and i loved it as a kid and no one can find it.. sigh .. so keep it safe and close to your heart always!!

This is such a powerful painting! I really like the effect here of the softer focus on everything but the face--it really brings your attention to the eyes and makes it seem like the tiger is regarding the viewer as much as the other way around. Beautifully done proportions, color scheme, and composition!!

Lovely....'am a wildlife painter....mother taught me to draw, then paint....starting at age 3....WHAT A GIFT! Seems you may have had similar experiences. Wonderful. Unicorn 1776.
