that's life and it happens everywhere, but we don't see because we are rushing by! very impressive capture and abstract texture! as if its life is running away in a river! ;o)

I live in the country, where roadkill is a very common sight - a constant reminder of the mortality & impermanence of all things. I don't find this ugly or disgusting - it's just the nature of existence. And you've managed to transform it into an abstraction that seems to have both an aesthetic & philosophical appeal to it, which after all, is one of the important roles of art, isn't it?
