Description

This is Ilona's dog Baloe he has been ill, but is better now. I felt so for him and Ilona. I know how it feels when your dear friends are ill. My first attempt to make a dog portrait. Thanks for viewing and comments

Dear Gun, first let me thank you for your friendship and our talks with Skype, its nice to hear you real voice. This morning you surprised me with this wonderful artwork from my dog Baloe. I made that shot yesterday during my first "longer" walk in the rain. And you made a wonderful artwork from it.....it goes better with Baloe after the injections and medication, but if he lays to long than you can see that he has some problems with his muscles. But I take good care of him, no doubt, because I love him....

Baloe looks so cute; a true friend for Ilona. You've made a really beautiful portrait of him. The textures make justice for his character, I think! :-)

I think it is a great portrait... the pinkishness of the nose makes a great centre piece to run from (if you'll excuse the pun!).
