Just before i leave for the weekend (1 day work left and the of to Limburg :) ). As in the previous picture, this is a small booster (mainly for use in LEO and orbital operations around other planets). Its a lot smaller than the large booster and this one only works with chemical rockets. And started working on the Crew Exploration Vehicle (oke i nicked that from NASA, but since they have no idea what to do with it), i think i am going to lose two of the RCS-wings on the capsule, 2 should be enough. The Service module (energy and such) is almost finished and you can see the red tanks of the retro-rockets, a cold gas system wich means that you can fire it when you need it. So it is hooked up to a big red button saying "Get our arses out of here". Deorbit and land where ever you where at that moment, on land or in the water, like the good old days. Fact: With the last Apollo flights they stopped aiming at the carrier when deorbiting, they became so good at their pinpoint landings that they actually might have hit the carrier.
