Description

For those of you who looked at my entry "The Big Ship Comes Home" maybe you will like this one better. To apologize first, this image is using the same BRYCE construct, but I have made some simple but important changes. I think I like it better. Thanks for stopping by!

I'd like a happy medium between both. I know, I'm a pain. I think the columns probably need some texture, and they stand out too much from the ceiling and wall. Maybe something a bit toned down, like white marble would work better. I had a chuckle at the fresco on the ceiling. It reminded me of Leonardo DaVinci. Of course, as always you've done a great job on detail, modelling & rendering.

Aye, a nice scene but perhaps the POV could use some widening? It has a cramped feel to it, almost claustrophobic. And ALL of the white areas should be textured as well, not just the columns (which are well-modeled, by the way!). Even if you're going for a white marble texture, it needs a bump map and a lot more detail. Pretty quick fix, too! I like your scenes, you're getting better every time.
