Hi , I have just started dabbling with "computer graphics" . The images that I have posted here are some of the first things that I have done. Thanks for looking in , I hope you find something that you like , and that my efforts are not a complete waste of time. BIO Another year older , now 43. I seem to have less time now to devote to creating pictures than I did before , life and work seems to be using up more and more of my time. I live in the town of Reading , England , been here all of my life , it's not so bad , but like most people if I could I'd like to be somewhere else, not sure where , but who is. My other interests are films , music , always have something playing while I work on my pictures ,photography and drinking beer!! I like to travel , but I need to do more , there are still a lot of places out there that I would like to vist!

Nice lighting and POV. Great character, pose and expression. That's the mother of all swords.

cool name for this character, I like :)

Dramatic, well-composed piece with nice texture work. But I think the face & sword are too glaringly bright & flat - they draw my eye towards them too strongly & seem out of balance with the rest of the image. IMHO, I think drastically reducing the brightness of both & applying appropriate textures would turn a very good work into an outstanding one. But maybe it's just me...

Great render! Love it!!

Aye, an interesting piece! Thorn doesn't really look how it should, though... Perhaps you meant a different Thorn than the sword from Tad's epic? Also, the eye-lashes are untextured, perhaps fix it and just do a plop-render on that section. The hair and skin textures could use some detail, bump-mapping, and some transparency (for the hair and lashes).

Looks awesome to me. Tks :^)
