note- not sure what level of Doga you're using (I have L1), but you can texture each piece of the .dfx model with a different texture, if you're interested..great work so far..keep it up.

The background and design are very well made, but the model could use some kind of texturing. As for the lensflare... it does seem out of place and if it were up to me i'd get rid of it.

This is very well done. I wouldn't drop the lens flare. I think everything is perfect.

when it comes down to it, comments are just personal opinions, appreciated and helpful but its the atists vision first, personally i think a lens flare or two really brings a picture to life, the babylon 5 universe would look like any other space scene we've seen if not for their use of the lens flares. super work on the model and super image.

I think it just depends on whether or not you want to go for absolute realism or not as to whether to keep or drop the lens flares. I don't especially like them, but a lot of folks do. This picture seems more "artzy" than "realistic," so there's no reason why you shouldn't keep them.

I think the lense-flare aside, it's the texturing that screams out, "Unfinished!" to me. A great model, though! I'd like to see it textured...

FANTASTIC render .. wow, and cool ship you modeled here. I considered a spaceship in my latest render, but it did not turn out so good, so I put a man in instead LOL THis looks super cool. Love your background also! Excellent stuff my friend!
