Your father manages to depict character in his subjects...very appealing. His draughmanship of beloved subjects---simply great. [It's Hell to photograph paintings...I'm NEVER satisfied with my efforts...you are doing great]. Thank you for sharing his fine work.

The soft, warm and blended texture of the wooden fence makes a great contrast with the impressionistic style of the background foliage. The cat and goat are really nicely portrayed with masterful brushstrokes!!

Lovely! It reminds me of a photo I've seen years ago, showing an almost smiling horse and a cat, friendly and trustfully striking her head against the horse's... That was a priceless shot! And so is this one... :)
