I once invented a character in my mind "Harley Drag A Wheel". He was sort of a roulette brake. He came from a warning to never let the tow chain slack as it might stop a wheel. Later when pulling or being pulled by a rope wrapped around the steering head and then routed up to the right hand grip and held for easy release I found that "Harley Drag-A-Wheel" was a scout.
