Andreas, the foreground is particularly interesting.It has such as brittle and crisp texture. The lack of image above the horizon line carries your eye up and makes you wonder what's beyond that crest. Interesting duality here. Coldness up front and the promise of warmth beyond! Hope things indeed are warming up for you there!

the lighting is quite magical here! my eye goes up that slight incline to the bright white light in the background. i like it!! it gives this image a spiritual feel to it...that white light, of course, make me think of heaven!!!! the snow makes this place so enchanting!!! hope you will get springtime soon!!!!!! if it's any consolotation, it got cold here today....and there was a chance of snow. :) beautiful image, Andreas!!!! :)
