Ah yeah, I like those distortion effects in Painter, reminds me of marbling. A very strange overall effect you've given this one Gun, it's very beautiful and yet at the same time the distortion of her face gives her a slightly unsettling quality even though her expression is benign. A numb, tired expression perhaps, as if she's too exhausted emotionally and physically to truly notice what's going on around her. Like it :-)

For some reason your textures remind me of flower petals and tissue paper, which makes for such an ethereal image.I really enjoy your work. The colors of this are vibrant yet so natural.

I love the effects on her face Gun, she looks so distant & introspective an impression made all the stronger by the warm colour & beautiful textures, really nice work ; )

Strange indeed! I like the textures and the colors but I'm really not keen on the frame here but that's, of course, a question of personal taste so just ignore me here! ;)

Nice work... I'm thinking a reflection of a lady with her coffee cup washing dishes! (and a moth dropped in!)... lol.... NO seriously, these are cool textures ....and it shows how faces & lines draw natural emotive responses in a viewer.

I'm so late here too! Sorry! This is such an impressive picture - the slight distortion on her face makes her look tired, and a bit desperate... maybe the butterflies are not all yet come, and she's worried about them. :-) Love the colours, and the vague white wave makes the final touch of dream feeling. :-)
