Description

Prayer candles at the church where I visited for the funeral of a childhood friend. :-( After the funeral, I went back to take photos of the statues but the color and lights of the candles caught my eye. It was blissfully quiet in the empty church. What a gift it was as I said goodbye to her... Thanks for your support. Jodie :0)

Gosh, been a while since I've seen votive candles... always loved the little alcoves in the church where they were sequestered. Really like the special feel you've captured and a most wonderful way to say goodbye.
