Description

aguntherphotography.com Thanks to everyone for your wonderful comments on my last entry. It seems color thumbnails attract more attention, strange. Half Dome, the dominating sight of Yosemite Valley.

Respect, only a few photographers are capable to make bw-photos with such a strong expression and dramatic!

Tough choice... such a powerful subject, so majestic. Think I favor the B&W.

As for colour thumbnails, it boils down to this: People feel emotional about colour, B&W white forces people to think! It strips all reality and leaves only the artist interpretations behind. Colour on the other hand, is something people can feel and relate to. Like I sdaid, it has an emotional quality. Nice comparision between the two. As mentioned previously, the blue tones in the B&W gives it a moon lite shot feel.

One more time ,color is better for me,in BW ,you loose details in the trees !and it's so hard to find a style, in pphoto. What is the interest to look like ansel adams ,it's better to be Andre75!!!
