HAHAHA! Funny, and true! It was the fall of 1999 when I got my first computer and it was a slow process of learning it and figuring it out. This is very fitting in how technology has whooped us along. I can remember when I was freaked out with a VCR. I can also remember the novelty of our family's first Microwave oven too. Excellent and a Vote!

Evielouise you have oversimplified it. The floppies are 3-1/2 inch. It was the old 8 inch that were even numbers. The newer CD-RW and DVD are 5-1/4 just to make the frog's hair finer. I haven't forgot I just don't do anything new. The beast has two ends. This is the other one from my youth.

Dear Evie, Very funny and very true. Technology has changed our lives in so many ways. And will continue, to do so. And our language will change to reflect those changes, too. Excellent work!! Love, Meredith
