Description
This was done as an experiment actually. I used V3 and the mermaid tail. I really can't remember the names of the textures. Egypt hair. Then I did an apophysis fractol in a light gradiant almost white. Saved it as a png and then used both pics together.
Layering a fractol then the mermaid then another fractol. Finally I finished it off with a couple of filters and signature. The background was a freebie. Sorry if I forget who did it.
I kinda thought she looked like she was riding the waves maybe surfing so thats how the name came to be.
