Description

This was taken on a cold and windy early spring afternoon and was pleased to have been able to capture the lighting effects and atmosphere of this scene despite being rather buffeted about! Minolta Dimage 7i.

I love the clarity in the foreground. Except for the clouds giveaway, one would never know it was not a calm day. Great shot!

This image is like a still from a movie or one of BBC and PBS Masterpiece Theater dramas. I figure to someone with a gift for words could write a story based on this image. Have a great week.

Excellent view, nice to capture it at low tide so you can see all those shale ridges, particularly with the sky reflections in between them, well done.

Being out there, making wonderful shots of this interesting landscape and then returning to the warm rooms enjoying a good cup of coffee or so, that is a joy! That layer breaking down in parts, is that a natural layer? The debris look so perfectly shaped.
