She looks very worn out but her dagger is not blooded. The battles of the night must have been the other kind, the ones that are fought within one's soul, torturing the mind and heart with victories and defeats that can never be real. Wonderfully expressive work, the orange rising of the sun will hopefully signal a time of inner peace.

Oh jen this is superb! The lighting is so good in this how the sun just reflects across her. I imagine she is a demon hunter contemplating the long hard battle of the night. Wonderfully done hon! just awesome. Hugggs :)

Hey, I can relate to this concept! Contemplation is my middle name! What a superb image and composition; fabulous setting and perspecitve! Gorgeous and spirited character; she's got some thing on her mind accredited to her expression and pose. I think you know, and Karen knows, and I know how Karen feels...oh we are all friends here! lol! Everything in this image is so fantastically done and I can feel it from here.
