Description
Apo 2.02g with border in PSP 8. This is two fractals, one for the background and the other is the mermaid. I tried to get the background one to look like seafoam but it just doesn't seem right, any suggestions?

Wonderful flame! I really DO see the mermaid with her long golden hair flowing in the stiff breeze of a stormy sea. Excellent image!
